    Ugh, feeling completely drained lately. Work has been crazy, and on weekends, I just find myself slumped on the couch, scrolling through social media mindlessly. Don’t get me wrong, I need some downtime, but this feels different. Is it okay to just…not do anything sometimes? Or am I just being lazy?
