I had a similar story with Walmart and I didn’t even expect that everything would be resolved so smoothly and quickly. Have you ever contacted their customer service? Because I was, frankly, pleasantly surprised. They responded quickly, clarified everything and resolved my issue in just a couple of minutes. It seemed like a simple request, but the support agent not only solved the problem, but also offered a bonus that I did not expect at all. In the end, I was left feeling like an important customer, although I understand that thousands of people contact them every day. Have you had a similar experience with Walmart?
