I once sent this question out to wheelchair professionals around North America and did not get one response. I have tried many outcome measures (COPM,WhoM,etc) and you really have to make them work for you. I am still struggling with this. There is one called the FMA but it is licenced and we are working on getting to use it. An outcome measure has to be incorporated into your assessment and practice otherwise you will not use it. Pick one and just keep trying until you have something that works for your area.
