Thanks Lee. We agree there is a lot of opportunity for people to customize the ToT according to their allotted time and that by providing some appropriate content online, there is more time for different hands-on workshops. We are also promoting self-learning, additional training resources, as next steps at the conclusion of the training. It would be great to see what your proposed schedule would be for an in-person session and how you would allocate the sessions. Yohali has a template that you would be able to modify.
